2013 Snowman Race Update: Cancelled

It is with great sadness that we have to cancel this year's event. We feel it is not fair to wait and see what might happen with Friday's storm in regards to there being enough snow on the sled hill.
If you have registered online you will be refunded through Bikereg.com. Thanks for your patience and hopefully next year the weather gods will be with us prior to race day. (With no 50 degree rainstorms).

Celebrate Winter exercise with The Snowman Race or The Wicked Frosty 5 Miler on February 9th! Registration open for both events! It's a great day to be outside in Portland Maine.

Get your sleds and bikes out for this year's Snowman Race! With 18 inches of fresh snow in Portland, the sled hill is primed for practice. New this year: Cash Prizes for TOP THREE team themes/costumes. Think you should dress up? Check out the photo gallery from the last event.
Teams can register online via Bikereg.com or mail in registration forms. The first 50 teams registered receive a sweet Snowman Beanie!

Frankenstorm means there will be snow this year at the Snowman Race! (That's what we were told anyway). Join us a little earlier in Winter this year on February 9th. Registration details coming!
