In our inaugural season we are excited to offer two Portland Coed Flag Football leagues. The summer twilight league will take place on Wednesday nights starting June 4th. In September we'll start our Sunday league. Sundays in the fall were made for football!

We have used our experience playing and organizing co-ed flag football to compile a set of rules that emphasizes teamwork, safety and friendly competition. Playing six on six with the gender rule (one in three plays must involve a female) ensures that all team members are involved in the game.

We know how much fun co-ed flag football can be and we have kept that in mind when designing this league.
