Each season we offer three Portland Coed Flag Football leagues.  In the Spring we play on Sundays at either Deering High School or Memorial Stadium.  In the Summer we play Wednesdays or Thursdays at the NYA turf.  Finally,  in the Fall we play on Sundays back at Deering with the possibility of turf for the playoffs.

We have used our experience playing and organizing co-ed flag football to compile a set of rules that emphasizes teamwork, safety and friendly competition. Playing six on six with the gender rule (one in three plays must involve a female) ensures that all team members are involved in the game.

We know how much fun co-ed flag football can be and we have kept that in mind when designing this league.
