When we started Binga’s Wingas in 2004, we were out to serve the best
wings in Maine. When we moved into our Congress Street location in
2005, we wanted to create a Portland, Maine restaurant with a menu that
differed from all the others in town. We wanted a casual environment
with tasty food and great service. We wanted a place that our
customers could grow to love.
